Brand system v1.0
One trusted gateway to travel, education and global opportunities.
The complete FlyGuide identity — the Winged Compass, logo family, colour and type systems, iconography, verbal identity and applications across print, social, travel documents, education and visa materials, office branding and the FlyGuide ERP.
Positioning
More consultancy than agency
FlyGuide is a technology-enabled global travel and education consultancy. The identity signals process, accountability and premium service — never discount ticketing, never bureaucracy.
We are
- A single accountable desk for travel, visa and admissions
- Systems-led: every file tracked, dated and owned
- Premium but accessible — priced and explained openly
- Built for B2C today and B2B partners next
We are not
- A cheap ticket broker or fare-comparison site
- A generic travel agency or tourism-only brand
- A government office or immigration law firm
- A school or coaching centre
Logo system
The Winged Compass
Two angular wings converge around a precise north needle while a long lower point establishes direction. The sharp, balanced silhouette expresses global guidance and forward movement without relying on a literal aircraft or globe, and remains unmistakable at favicon scale.

Minimum sizes
Symbol: 16 px digital · 6 mm print.
Horizontal lockup: 120 px digital · 28 mm print.
Below those sizes use the symbol alone.
Clear space
Keep clear space equal to the width of the mark's base on all sides. Nothing enters this zone — no type, rules, photography or partner logos.
Correct use
- Full colour on Cloud or white backgrounds
- Reversed white on Deep Ink or dark photography
- Single colour where printing is limited (stamps, embossing)
- Symbol alone for avatars, favicons and app icons
Incorrect use
- Stretching, rotating or re-proportioning the mark
- Recolouring outside the palette or adding gradients to the symbol
- Adding shadows, outlines, bevels or glow
- Placing on busy photography without a scrim
- Rebuilding the wordmark in another typeface
- Enclosing the horizontal lockup in a tight box
Colour system
Teal, ink and gold
Gateway Teal carries trust, distance and technology; Deep Ink gives weight and premium restraint; Signal Gold marks momentum and approval. Semantic colours are reserved for status — never decoration.

Typography
Sora for voice, Manrope for work
Sora carries headlines, covers and the wordmark. Manrope handles UI, forms, long documents and financial data with tabular numerals. Two families only — across web, ERP, mobile, print and social.

Iconography & graphic elements
One line language
Icons are 1.75px stroke, 24px grid, rounded joins, no fills. Graphic elements are drawn from the same geometry: routes, arcs, pins and gateway angles.
Flight paths
Gateway grid
Destination markers
Illustration direction
Minimal geometric vector scenes built from the gateway angles and route arcs. Flat two-tone (teal + ink) with a single gold highlight per composition. Figures are simplified and diverse, never cartoon faces. Used for empty states, onboarding, country guides and brochure openers.
Photography direction
Real, natural-light documentary photography: a student on campus, a family at check-in, a consultant reviewing a file, an approved passport in hand. Bright, slightly cool grade to sit with teal. No thumbs-up stock, no flags-and-globes composites, no over-retouched smiles. Always leave a clean area for the reversed logo.
Applications
The system in use
Every touchpoint uses the same three moves: ink header band, gateway rule, gold status accent.

Verbal identity
Confident, plain, never overpromising
We describe process and next steps. We never guarantee an embassy or admissions outcome.
Mission
To make international travel, visas and overseas education accessible through one accountable, technology-run consultancy.
Vision
A world where a person's ambition, not their paperwork, decides how far they go.
Promise
Every file has an owner, a status and a date. You will always know exactly where you stand.
Positioning statement
FlyGuide is a technology-enabled global travel and education consultancy that manages air and bus ticketing, tours, hotels, insurance, multi-country visa processing and study abroad admissions on a single connected platform — for individual travellers, families, students and, increasingly, corporate and agency partners.
Values
Accountable
Named officers, tracked statuses, auditable history on every file.
Clear
Plain-language fees, timelines and requirements. No surprises.
Honest
We prepare strong applications. We never sell guaranteed outcomes.
Prepared
Checklists before submission. Documents verified, not assumed.
Human
One consultant who knows your case, from enquiry to arrival.
Precise
Enterprise systems behind every quotation, voucher and invoice.
Communication principles
- Lead with the customer's next action, not our credentials.
- State fees, timelines and requirements before benefits.
- Never imply influence over an embassy or university decision.
- One idea per sentence; short sentences in service messages.
- Use the customer's file reference in every transactional message.
- Bilingual-safe: avoid idioms that don't translate.
